What is this platform?
Our platform connects tour operators, guides (Ustazs), and pilgrims in one secure system to manage Umrah and Hajj tours, bookings, payments, and communication.
Who can use the platform?
- Pilgrims โ browse and book Umrah/Hajj tours
- Tour operators โ create and manage tour packages
- Company employees โ manage bookings and customers
- Guides / Ustazs โ provide guidance and tour support
๐น Accounts & Access
How do I create an account?
- Pilgrims can register directly
- Employees and guides must be invited by a company
- Company owners create their account during company registration
I didnโt receive an invitation email
- Check spam/junk folder
- Make sure the email address is correct
- Contact your company administrator or support
Can I change my role?
No. Roles are assigned by the company owner or administrator.
๐น Tours & Bookings
How do bookings work?
- Pilgrim selects a tour
- Booking is created
- Booking is either:
- Instantly confirmed, or
- Approved by the operator
- Payment status updates automatically
Why is a tour unavailable?
- The tour is fully booked
- Bookings are closed before departure
- The tour is paused or draft
Can I add offline bookings?
Yes. Operators can manually increase booking count for offline reservations.

How are payments processed?
- Payments are handled by secure third-party providers
- We do not store full card details
- Operators define prices and currencies
Refund policy
- Flexible
- Moderate
- Strict
- Non-refundable
Policies are shown before booking.

Why does my company need verification?
- Build trust with pilgrims
- Ensure compliance with Umrah & Hajj regulations

What documents are required?
- Business registration documents
- Hajj/Umrah licenses (if applicable)
- Bank and payout information
Verification usually takes 24โ48 hours.

How are guides added?
- Guides are created by company administrators
- Each guide can have languages, experience, biography, and status
Are guides verified?
Guides are managed and verified by tour operators. The platform does not certify religious authority.
