What is this platform?

Our platform connects tour operators, guides (Ustazs), and pilgrims in one secure system to manage Umrah and Hajj tours, bookings, payments, and communication.

Who can use the platform?

How do I create an account?

I didnโ€™t receive an invitation email

Can I change my role?

No. Roles are assigned by the company owner or administrator.

How do bookings work?

  1. Pilgrim selects a tour
  2. Booking is created
  3. Booking is either:
    • Instantly confirmed, or
    • Approved by the operator
  4. Payment status updates automatically

Why is a tour unavailable?

Can I add offline bookings?

Yes. Operators can manually increase booking count for offline reservations.

Guides are managed and verified by tour operators. The platform does not certify religious authority.
